The life of Jesus and his followers was no fairy tale but mortal combat with the power of evil in order to conquer its hold over the human race. Jesus paid with His life, hoping people would listen to His message and be saved. He could have chosen differently but He didn’t want to spend forever watching people going to hell when He could have done something about it..
